Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager (TAM) – USA to align with and accelerate business transformation of our customers in the area of Engineering and Construction Management. TAM will be responsible for retaining and growing the existing customers and helping them get the maximum value from their implementation of our technology.

As a Technical Account Manager, the individual will work closely with our customers, build strong long-term relationships and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome business challenges.

TAM should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support the product adoption. TAM should work as a Subject matter expert to help transition the customer from the sales process to active users of the solutions by solving customer issues and driving customer satisfaction. TAM should also understand new customer requirements and provide technical, product and business knowledge to support the existing/new clients to make their requirements documents and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales process by understanding customer’s business challenges and find solutions to address their pain points.
  • Keep a high-level view of the entire support process for the customer and make sure that the support queries are addressed to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Help in onboarding the customer, Monitor the usage of solutions and facilitate necessary product trainings to increase the adoption of the solution.
  • Share feedback from customers business back to the internal team to identify market requirements and develop new features and products.
  • Proactively analyze and understand customer’s business, suggesting innovative ways and additional features to adopt from our portfolio to meet business requirement and add value to customers business.
  • Keep the customer updated on the development of new products and capabilities in the solution and help customers to implement these capabilities.
  • Understand customers business and help Establish best practices for the use the solution in the customers enterprise.
  • Support the existing/new clients to make their requirements documents and specifications.

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Project Management as a minimum necessary qualification.
  • Practical working experience of 3-6 years in Project Control, Project Planning in industries such as AEC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, Energy & Utilities and other related industries in US.
  • Good Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in any project management software widely used in the industry.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills to identify and address technical and business challenges of the customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes both written (emails, reports) and verbal communication (meetings, presentations) skills.
  • Take initiatives in identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Skills in making or modifying Specifications based on customer requirements.
  • Understanding customer requirements and conveying the requirements to product team in workflows and or documents.
  • Good understanding about US Construction Industry and Process Industry.
